Bring the restaurant home.
I have always been fascinated with the idea of five star service at the beach or at the park. I enjoyed creating my own little private event in an outdoor space. In fact, my husband and I are known for showing up to the picnic or jazz festival with a full-on table cloth, flower arrangement, and champagne bucket on our portable table. I can’t say that I’m an outdoors person, however, I could sit outside at dinner for hours if the ambiance was just right. During quarantine, we started to set up little restaurants outside the home of our parents and grandparents. They hadn't had a proper dinner in some time so it was a magical experience and it also gave us the idea to bring this option of dining to the public.
